Dr. Andria McCarty, Ph.D., LP

Dr. Andria McCarty completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She did her Masters and Ph.D. in Clinical Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University in Fresno, California.

Her predoctoral internship was completed at the Portia Bell Hume Behavioral Health and Training Center in Fremont, California. Through her training, she has worked with developmentally delayed sexual offenders and adult outpatient. She was trained in providing evaluations for children and adults.

She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Carewright Clinical Services where she did evaluations for disability and chronic pain. She also did clinical evaluations for children and adolescents with mood and anxiety-related disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, and Autism.

She currently specializes in doing a variety of assessments including neuropsychological, forensic, socioemotional/personality and disability examinations. In addition, she provides active psychotherapy in assisted living facilities and nursing facilities throughout Texas.
