Karen is a licensed clinical social worker and assists with psychological medical clearance evaluations for Carewright Clinical Services.
Karen completed her undergraduate degree at Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a major in sociology and a minor in psychology in 2012. Further, she earned her master’s degree in social work at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018.
As a social worker, she has provided case management and counseling services to those who were experiencing psychiatric illnesses and/or substance abuse issues. She has over 7 years of experience working in the mental health field and worked in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and in-home settings. Karen’s areas of interest/specialty include trauma-related, psychotic, and mood disorders.
