Lauren Pelayo is the clinical coordinator of Carewright Clinical Services. Lauren schedules patients who are interested in counseling/therapy services as well as patients who are wanting to do comprehensive, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, neuropsychological, and court-ordered psychological testing. Additionally, Lauren assists in completing psychological clinical interviews for surgical pain-related procedures. Further, she assists Carewright’s office team by facilitating reports being sent to referring physicians.
Lauren completed her bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017. She earned her master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in forensic psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. Further, she received the Distinguished Scholar Award after the completion of her master’s degree.
Lauren’s areas of interest include mood, anxiety, personality, and psychotic disorders.
